For Halloween I always make my own chocolates for myself. This way I don’t indulge in children’s temptations and heavy sugar content. This recipe is satisfying for chocolate lovers with nutrition………..
2 (cups) pretzels sticks, broken into 1/2 in pieces
1 (cup) raisons
1 (10-12 oz) package dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 oz) can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
You can melt the chips in several ways, but the fastest is in a microwave bowl at high about 2 minutes. Stir and add sweetened condensed milk, pretzels, and raisons. Drop tablespoonfuls onto wax paper lined baking sheets and chill in the refrigerator approximately about two hours.
With the new Coronavirus cases in this area and all the restaurants, and bars closing for only drive through services this is the best medicine!
